酸枣仁汤加减联合舒乐安定与常规降压治疗在高血压伴失眠患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析酸枣仁汤加减联合舒乐安定与常规降压治疗在高血压伴失眠患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年11月兰州市七里河区西果园镇卫生院收治的86例高血压伴失眠患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组给予常规降压治疗及舒乐安定治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予酸枣仁汤加减疗法。比较两组血压水平、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组阿森斯失眠量表评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:酸枣仁汤加减联合舒乐安定与常规降压治疗在高血压伴失眠患者中的应用效果显著,可降低血压水平,改善睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with estazolam and conventional antihypertensive therapy in patients with hypertension accompanied by insomnia.Methods:From January 2020 to November 2022,86 patients with hypertension and insomnia who were admitted to Lanzhou Qilihe District Xiguoyuan Town Health Center were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antihypertensive therapy and estazolam,and the study group was given the modified Suanzaoren decoction on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure levels,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the Athens Insomnia Scale in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:The application of modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with estazolam and conventional antihypertensive therapy in patients with hypertension and insomnia has a significant effect,which can reduce blood pressure level,improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
