末梢采血与静脉血法对血常规检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析血常规检测中应用末梢采血与静脉采血对检验结果的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月于淮安市第一人民医院第三分院进行健康体检的180名健康人员作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为静脉采血组和末梢采血组,各90名。静脉采血组采用静脉采血法,末梢采血组采用末梢采血法,两组均进行血常规检测。比较两组实验室指标及患者满意度。结果:两组平均血红蛋浓度、红细胞比容、血红蛋白量、红细胞平均体积水平指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静脉采血组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血小板计数高于末梢采血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。静脉采血组总满意度高于末梢采血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与末梢采血法相比,静脉采血法的实验室指标更接近金标准,患者满意度更高。Objective:To analyze the influence of peripheral blood collection and venous blood collection on the results of blood routine testing.Methods:A total of 180 healthy people who received health check-up in the Third Branch of Huai´an First People´s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into venous blood collection group and peripheral blood collection group by lot method,with 90 cases in each group.Venous blood collection group used venous blood collection method and peripheral blood collection group used peripheral blood collection method.Both groups received blood routine testing.The laboratory indexes and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the mean hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit,hemoglobin amount and mean corpuscular volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The red blood cell count,hemoglobin content and platelet count in venous blood collection group were higher than those in peripheral blood collection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in venous blood collection group was higher than that in peripheral blood collection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with peripheral blood collection,the laboratory indicators of venous blood collection are closer to the gold standard and patient satisfaction is higher.
