摘　　要：目的:探讨优质眼科护理在视网膜脱落行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2021年11月于广州市第一人民医院行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充手术的115例视网膜脱落患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)与观察组(n=58)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质眼科护理。比较两组护理满意度、感染发生率及眼压、前房深度、前房角。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。观察组术后感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。术后,两组眼压低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,两组前房深度大于术前,且观察组大于对照组,两组前房角小于术前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质眼科护理在视网膜脱落行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善眼压、前房深度、前房角,降低术后感染发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality ophthalmic nursing in patients with retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.Methods:A total of 115 patients with retinal detachment who received vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling surgery in Guangzhou First People´s Hospital from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=58)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality ophthalmic nursing.Nursing satisfaction,incidence of infection,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,and anterior chamber angle were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).After operation,the intraocular pressure in the two groups was lower than that before operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while the anterior chamber depth in the two groups was greater than that before operation,and the observation group was greater than the control group,and the anterior chamber angle in the two groups was smaller than that before operation,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality ophthalmic nursing in patients with retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling has a significant effect,which can improve intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,and improve nursing satisfaction.
