摘　　要：环境DNA(environmental DNA)是指生物在环境中散落下的DNA片断,通过提取环境样品中的DNA,可以揭示该环境中存在的生物群体信息。近年来,环境DNA技术已经在渔业资源调查中得到广泛应用,成为一种快速、高效、无创的调查方法。本文对环境DNA在渔业资源调查中的应用研究进展进行综述。Environmental DNA refers to the DNA fragments scattered by organisms in the environment.By extracting the DNA in environmental samples,the information of biological groups existing in the environment can be revealed.In recent years,en⁃vironment DNA technology has been widely used in fishery resources investigation,becoming a fast,efficient and non-invasive survey method.This paper reviews the application of environment DNA in fishery resources investigation.
