巴黎奥运展望:现代乒乓球技术的若干问题——与国际乒联终身名誉主席徐寅生的对话

摘　　要：杭州亚运会结束后,巴黎奥运会即将到来,中国乒乓球队为适应国际竞赛格局、提升自主实力,进行了高速优化和发展,为指引国乒剖析问题成因,助推实力内核的强化更新,专访了中国乒坛的权威人物徐寅生,以现代乒乓球技术的几个核心问题为线索,细析中国乒乓球队面临的中心问题,规划疏解路径,具体包括兼容各类特殊打法、重点解决伤病问题、提高双打配合能力。针对备战奥运应精进的技战术打法,徐寅生认为基于国乒运动员在提升中、近、远台综合相持实力的基础上,应以竞技制胜为第一要义,加强近台快攻钳制力和控制力的训练。针对下网、出界失误等情况,徐寅生倡导应重拾削球打法和规范板型。此外,徐寅生还谈及多元新兴打法,指出应着眼于左手、颗粒胶技战术打法的磨练等。The 19th Asian Games Hangzhou has come to an end,and the Paris Olympics is approaching.In order to adapt to the in-ternational competition landscape and enhance their own abilities,the Chinese Table Tennis Team has undergone rapid optimization and development.To guide the analysis of the causes of problems in the Chinese Table Tennis Team,and to promote the strengthe-ning and renewal of their core strength,we interviewed XU Yinsheng,an authority figure in the Chinese table tennis community.Taking several key issues of modern table tennis technology as a clue,he analyzed the central problems faced by Chinese table tennis,planned a path for addressing these problems.These suggestions include accommodating various special playing styles,addressing injuries,and improving doubles coordination abilities.The specific technical strategies that need to be improved for Olympic prepara-tions,XU Yinsheng believes that based on the comprehensive strength of national team athletes in improving their sustaining abilities on the middle,short and back court,the priority should be given to winning through competitive techniques,particularly by enhan-cing training in close-table fast attack and control.For situations such as hitting into the net or out of bounds,the re-adoption of chopping techniques and regulations for racket type are advocated.In addition,XU also discussed the diverse emerging playing styles,emphasizing the need to focus on training technical strategies using left-hand and pimpled rubber.
