摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,以福柯的知识-权力为视角,梳理篮球裁判员的相关历史资料,将我国篮球裁判员的历史发展分为缘起、探索、变迁三个阶段,通过对各阶段中国篮球裁判员社会身份的解读,认为裁判员社会身份的构建始终贯穿于篮球裁判员文化发展的国际化和本土化两条主线中。一方面随着国际化发展中篮球裁判员规则的制度化,裁判员成为制度的规训者以及知识、权力、话语运作的对象;另一方面随着本土化发展中裁判员专业技术和知识的增强,其内化出了系统的技术评价机制并通过对技术和规则的履行实现了对运动员等其他主体的身体规训。在内外因素的共同推动和知识-权力的双向互动下,最终构建出了裁判员群体独有的社会身份,即球场上的权力者与裁判员制度下的被规训者。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,and from the perspective of Foucault's knowledge-power,this paper combs the relevant historical data of basketball referees,and divides the development of China's basketball referee into three stages:origin,exploration and change.Through the interpretation of China's basketball referees'social identity in each stage,it is considered that the construction of referees'social identity runs through the two main lines of the development of basketball ref-eree culture:internationalization and localization.On the one hand,with the institutionalization of basketball referee rules in the in-ternational development,referees have become the disciplinarian of the system and the object of knowledge,power and discourse op-eration;On the other hand,with the enhancement of referees'professional skills and knowledge in the localization development,they internalized a systematic technical evaluation mechanism and realized the physical discipline of athletes and other subjects through the implementation of skills and rules.Under the joint promotion of internal and external factors and the two-way interaction of knowledge-power,the unique social identity of the referee group is finally constructed,that is,the authority on the court and the disciplined underthe referee system.
