摘  要:草莓再生与遗传转化体系的构建对草莓变异优株筛选、基因功能鉴定及品种改良具有重要意义。本研究结合国内外研究进展,从基因型、外植体、激素种类及配比、培养基类型以及暗培养时间等对影响草莓再生的关键因素,以及基因型、农杆菌类型、侵染方式和时间、共培养时间及抗生素等影响遗传转化的因素等方面进行综述,对导入草莓的抗逆相关、品质相关以及生长相关基因及功能进行归纳,结果表明其中有关草莓抗逆的相关基因最多,品质相关次之,并对未来的研究重点进行展望,以期为今后草莓种质创新和品种改良研究提供理论依据。The establishment of the in vitro regeneration and genetic transformation system of strawberry was of great significance to the mutant strain screening,gene function identification and variety improvement.Based on the research progress both at home and abroad,two aspects were summarized,including the key factors affecting regeneration and genetic transformation.The key factors affecting regeneration include the genotype,explant,hormone type and proportion,types of cultural medium and dark incubation,etc.And the key factors affecting genetic transformation include genotype,types of Agrobacterium tumefaciens,mode and time of infection,co-culture time and antibiotics and so on.The import exogenous genes of strawberries are generalized from resistances,qualities and growths related genes imported into strawberry.And the results showed that stress tolerance related genes were the most,followed by quality related genes.The future research emphasis was pointed out in this paper,so as to provide theory reference for the future research on germplasm innovation and variety improvement research of strawberry.
