摘 要:为阐明茄子不同花期花朵植物激素含量的变化,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱(QQQ LC-MS)联用技术对植物激素进行分析鉴定。ABA在开花前期含量较高,随着开花期的临近开始降低,尤其是开花当天含量极低,且此后不再增加。IAA、iPR、iP、t Z、tzR、cz R等6种激素在开花前后均有增有减,其中,iPR和iP在开花前含量较少,但两种激素均在开花当天含量骤增,且其含量水平远高于其他激素含量,而在花后又骤减。结果表明:ABA在茄子开花过程中起到负调控的作用,其通过在开花时含量降低来调控下游促进植株衰老进程的基因表达降低,以此来降低植株落花的风险。其余6种激素(IAA,iPR,iP,tZ,tzR,czR)在茄子开花过程中起到正调控的作用,均是在开花时含量增加,以此来调控下游基因出现较高表达,从而达到促进植株开花的目的。In order to understand the changes of the phytohormone content in different flowering flowers of eggplant,the ultra-efficient liquid chromatography-mass spectrum(QQQ LC-MS) combined technology was used to analyze and identify the phytohormone.ABA was high in preflowering,and began to decrease as the flowering period approached,especially with the extremely low content on the day of flowering,and no longer increased thereafter.Six hormones,including IAA,iPR,iP,tZ,tz R,and czR,all increased and decreased before and after flowering.Among them,iPR and iP were less abundant before flowering,but the content of both hormones increased sharply on the time of flowering,and their content levels were much higher than that of other hormones,and then decreased sharply after flowering.The results showed that ABA plays a negative role in the flowering process of egg plant,and it regulated the expression of genes downstream in the aging process of plants during flowering,so as to reduce the risk of falling flowers.The remaining six hormones(IAA,iPR,iP,tZ,tzR,czR) play a positive role in the flowering process of eggplant,all of their content increases in flowering,so as to regulate the high expression of downstream genes,for achieving the purpose of promoting plant flowering.
