摘 要:为明确‘泰山红’和‘突尼斯软籽’石榴设施栽培的光合生理特性,观测了光合和荧光特征参数的差异及变化趋势。本研究结果表明,两个品种光合有效辐射和大气温度随时间的增加均先升高后降低。净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率日变化均为典型的双峰曲线,存在光合“午休”现象。细胞间CO_(2)浓度和水分利用效率先降低后升高,水蒸气压亏缺先升高后降低再升高。‘泰山红’净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率整体上高于‘突尼斯软籽’。F_(o)随时间的增加先升高后降低,F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)和PI先降低后升高,Vj先升高后降低再缓慢升高。大气温度与水分利用效率、细胞间CO_(2)浓度极显著负相关。光合有效辐射与F_(o)显著正相关,与F_(m)、F_(v )F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)显著负相关。气孔导度与净光合速率极显著正相关。细胞间CO_(2)浓度与PI、水分利用效率显著正相关。F_(o)与F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)极显著负相关。F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)与PI互为显著正相关关系。本研究初步认为,石榴光合能力受气孔和非气孔限制的影响,与光合有效辐射、气孔导度、蒸腾速率密切相关,‘泰山红’光合性能显著高于‘突尼斯软籽’。In order to clarify the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of pomegranate cultivated'Taishanhong'and'Tunisiruanzi'in the protected cultivation,the difference and change trend of photosynthetic and fluorescence characteristic parameters were observed.The results of the study showed that the photosynthetically active radiation and atmospheric temperature of the two cultivars increased first and then decreased with time.The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate were all typical double-peak curves,and there was a phenomenon of photosynthetic'Midday break''.The intercellular CO_(2concentration) and water use efficiency showed the trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The water vapour pressure deficit first increased,then decreased and then increased.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of'Taishanhong'were generally higher than that of'Tunisiruanzi'.With the increase of time,F_(ofirst) increased and then decreased,F_m,F_v/F_m,F_v/F_(oand) PI first decreased and then increased,and Vj first increased and then decreased and then slowly increased.Atmospheric temperature was extremely negatively correlated with water use efficiency and intercellular CO_2concentration.Photosynthetic active radiation was significantly positively correlated with F_o,and significantly negatively correlated with F_m,F_v/F_m,F_v/F_o.Stomatal conductance had a very significant positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate.The intercellular CO_(2concentration) was significantly positively correlated with PI and water use efficiency.F_m,F_v/F_m,F_v/F_(oand) PI were significantly and positively correlated with each other.There was extremely significant positive correlation between F_(mand) F_v/F_m,F_v/F_o.The study preliminarily believed that the photosynthetic capacity of pomegranate was affected by stomata and non-stomata limitation,and was closely related to photosynthetic active radiation,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate.The photos
