摘　　要：考察中国共产党新闻舆论工作中的正面宣传和舆论监督两者关系的演化发展历程,有助于宣传工作者更好地理解和把握新时代“舆论监督和正面宣传是统一的”这一原则,贯彻落实好中国共产党新闻舆论工作的基本方针,实现正面宣传与舆论监督相统一,发挥正向合力作用,推进新时代中国特色社会主义新闻舆论工作。Investigating the evolution and development process of the relationship between the Communist Party of China's"positive publicity"and public opinion supervision will help propagandists better understand and grasp the principle that"public opinion supervision and positive publicity are unified"in the new era,implement the basic policy of the Communist Party of China's news and public opinion work,and realize the unity of positive publicity and public opinion supervision,giving play to the role of positive joint forces and promote the news and public opinion work of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
