摘　　要：目的探讨医联体管理模式在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月于新建区人民医院建卡建档的60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规管理模式,实验组采用医联体管理模式。比较两组分娩前血压水平、妊娠结局及并发症发生情况。结果实验组分娩前收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组剖宫产、胎盘早剥、早产、产后出血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医联体管理模式可有效改善妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血压水平及妊娠结局,减少并发症发生风险。Objective To investigate the application effect of medical union management mode in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,60 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the experimental group adopted the medical union management mode.Blood pressure levels before delivery,pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group before delivery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of cesarean section,placental abruption,premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The medical union management mode can effectively improve the blood pressure levels and pregnancy outcomes of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,and reduce the risk of complications.
