摘　　要：目的探讨喷他佐辛复合舒芬太尼加氟哌利多用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月北京市延庆区妇幼保健院60例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组施以舒芬太尼联合氟哌利多镇痛,观察组施以喷他佐辛复合舒芬太尼加氟哌利多镇痛,比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后Ramsay评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喷他佐辛复合舒芬太尼加氟哌利多用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果显著,值得应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Pentazocine combined with Sufentanil and Droperidol in analgesia after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with cesarean section in Yanqing District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the parturients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Sufentanil and Droperidol for analgesia,and the observation group was given Pentazocine,Sufentanil and Droperidol for analgesia.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after operation(P<0.05).The Ramsay score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Pentazocine,Sufentanil and Droperid ol for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section is significant and worth applying.
