宫血宁胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨宫血宁胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果。方法选择2021年9月至2023年6月黄河三门峡医院收治的80例药物流产后阴道出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予葆宫止血颗粒,观察组给予宫血宁胶囊,比较两组阴道持续流血和术后月经恢复时间、治疗期间血红蛋白水平及不良反应。结果观察组阴道持续流血时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后月经恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗72 h后及阴道停止流血时,观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感染、头晕、恶心呕吐和腹部不适的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道流血,可显著缩短阴道流血时间,促进月经恢复,减少不良反应,提高治疗安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gongxuening Capsules in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical induction.Methods A total of 80 patients with vaginal bleeding after medical induction from September 2021 to June 2023 in Sanmenxia Hospital of Yellow River were selected as the study objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Baogong Zhixue Granules,and the observation group was given Gongxuening Capsules.The time of continuous vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery after operation,the levels of hemoglobin during the treatment and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery time of menstruation after operation was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment and when vaginal bleeding stopped,the hemoglobin level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of infection,dizzy,nausea and vomiting and abdominal discomfort of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gongxuening Capsules can significantly reduce the time of vaginal bleeding,promote menstrual recovery,reduce adverse reactions and improve the safety of treatment.
