摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在儿童腹型过敏性紫癜中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至6月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的50例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和实验组(25例)。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用针对性护理,比较两组焦虑情绪及护理满意度。结果护理后实验组焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在腹型过敏性紫癜患儿中应用,能够降低焦虑评分,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in children with abdominal Henoch-Schönlein purpura.Methods A total of 50 children with abdominal Henoch-Schönlein purpura admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(25 cases)and experimental group(25 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing.The anxiety and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in children with abdominal Henoch-Schönlein purpura can reduce anxiety score and improve nursing satisfaction.
