摘  要:为实现对城轨制动电阻的性能测试,研究了一套直流电压3000V等级的DC/DC直流电源系统,可模拟实际运行时牵引逆变器制动斩波器的电压变化曲线进行温升试验。本文分析了DC/DC直流电源系统工作原理,同时采用载波移相技术降低输出侧直流电压纹波。搭建了DC/DC直流电源系统实验平台,通过实验验证,直流电源系统能够根据上位机给定的电压曲线运行,满足模拟实际制动电阻电压变化进行性能测试的要求,同时载波移相技术的应用降低了直流侧电压纹波,保证了DC/DC直流电源系统供电质量。In order to test the braking resistance of urban rail,a DC/DC power supply system with 300oV DC voltage is studied,which can simulate the voltage change curve of brake chopper of traction inverter for temperature rise test.This paper analyzes the working principle of DC/DC power supply system,and adopts the carrier phase-shifting technology to reduce the output DC voltage ripple.The experimental platform of DC/DC power supply system was established.Through the experimental verification,the DC power supply system can run according to the voltage curve given by the host computer,and meet the requirements of simulating the actual brake resistance voltage change for performance test.Meanwhile,the application of carrier phase shift technology reduces the voltage ripple on the DC side,ensuring the power supply quality of the DC/DC power supply system.
