摘 要:为掌握不同来源的19株蜜环菌的(Armillaria spp.)的分类地位及生物学特性,对蜜环菌的rDNA-ITS进行测序及系统发育树分析,并对菌索分枝数、生物量和总萜的含量进行测定。结果表明,19株蜜环菌中,12株为蜜环菌狭义种(A.mellea),2株为芥黄蜜环菌(A.sinapina),1株为头柄蜜环菌(A.cepistipes),1株为高卢蜜环菌(A.gallica),1株为奥氏蜜环菌(A.ostoyae);19株蜜环菌只有15株在PDA培养基上能形成菌索,其中,菌株MC1、MC8、MC4、MC7和MA2的菌索分枝较多,菌株MA2、MB1和MC7的生物量较大,菌株MC5的总萜含量最高。因此,19株蜜环菌通过rDNA-ITS序列可以区分为不同的种类,根据菌索的生长特征,MA2和MC7是较优良的菌株,而菌株MC5是提取总萜的优良菌株。To elucidate the taxonomic status and biological characteristics of 19 strains of Armillaria obtained from different sources,this study conducted an analysis of rDNA-ITS sequence and constructed a phylogenetic tree.This study also determined the branch number,biomass and total terpene content of rhizomorph on PDA medium.The results showed that among the 19 strains of Armillaria,12 strains were identified as A.mellea,2 as A.sinapina,1 as A.cepistipes,1 as A.gallica,and 1 as A.ostoyae;Only 15 of the 19 strains of Armillaria could form rhizomorph on PDA medium.Among them,strains MC1,MC8,MC4,MC7 and MA2 exhibited a higher rhizomorph,strains MA2,MB1 and MC7 displayed larger biomass,and strain MC5 had the highest total terpene content.Therefore,19 strains of Armillaria can be divided into different species through rDNA-ITS sequence.According to the growth characteristics of rhizomorph,MA2 and MC7 are better strains,while strain MC5 is an excellent strain for extracting total terpenes.
