不同光照、pH和盐分下青萍对沼液中氮磷吸收的影响

摘  要:研究以青萍为实验对象,通过设定不同的光照、盐度及pH范围,研究其在不同环境条件下对沼液中氮磷的吸收及生长状况。结果表明,在pH为6.0、自然光照射以及盐度为0‰的条件下,青萍对氮磷的去除率最高,此时对沼液中氮的去除率为81.10%,对活性磷的去除率为37.01%,且在此条件下,青萍的生长状况最佳。In this study,Lemna minor was used as experimental subject,the effect of Lemna minor on absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus in biogas slurry and its growth was investigated under different environmental conditions,including different light intensities,salinities and pH levels.The results showed that the highest removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus occurred at pH level of 6,under natural light intensity,and with salinity at 0‰.Under these conditions,the removal rate of nitrogen from the methane was 81.10%,and the removal rate of phosphorus was 37.01%.These conditions also provided the most favorable growth condition for Lemna minor.
