摘 要:竹浆纤维和黏胶纤维由于化学成分类似,给二者的鉴别与定量分析带来难题。只采用单个常规定性方法难以区分,结合TG法、SEM法结果表明,竹浆纤维的横截面边缘更平滑,且有部分边缘锯齿倒卷从而形成腔体与缝隙,高温下分解更快,更快达到失重平衡,TG法和SEM法结合可定性鉴别;IR法得到黏胶纤维羟基的吸收峰明显高于竹浆纤维,竹浆纤维初始溶解速度更快,IR法和溶解法结合可定性鉴别。以60%硫酸作为溶解介质,通过UV-Vis和数学模型进行定量,结果表明,α系数值可控制在-1.387 8~-1.264 6,试验结果与真实混合比例误差为-0.41%~2.54%,满足误差允许范围,具有一定准确度。The similar chemical composition of bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber makes it difficult to distinguish and quantify them.It is difficult to distinguish by using only a single conventional qualitative method,but the results of TG combined with SEM show that the cross-sectional edge of bamboo pulp fiber is smoother,and some edge serrations are re⁃wound to form cavities and gaps.The decomposition of bamboo pulp fiber at high temperature is faster to achieve weight loss balance.The combination of TG and SEM can be qualitatively identified.The absorption peak of viscose fiber hydroxyl obtained by IR method is obviously higher than that of bamboo pulp fiber.The initial dissolution rate of bamboo pulp fiber is faster.The combination of IR method and dissolution method can be qualitative.Using 60%sulfuric acid as the dissolv⁃ing medium and quantitative analysis by UV-Vis and mathematical model,the results show that theαcoefficient can be controlled in the small range of-1.3878 to-1.2646.The error range between the experimental results and the real mix⁃ing ratio is-0.41%to 2.54%,which meets the allowable error range and has certain accuracy.
