摘　　要：ABO血型不相符活体肾移植是目前扩大活体供体库的常规方法。尽管肾移植术后排斥反应、感染等并发症相关报道较多,但随着免疫抑制剂方案和脱敏治疗的发展,肾脏移植物和患者的存活率得到不同程度的提高。本文报告1例ABO血型不相符的活体肾移植术患者的诊治过程,结合该病例的特点及具体情况,对患者进行精细化护理。Living kidney transplantation with ABO blood type mismatch is currently a routine method for expanding the living donor unit.Although there have been many reports of complications such as rejection and infection after kidney transplantation,with the development of immunosuppressive regimens and desensitization therapy,the survival rates of kidney grafts and patients have been increased to varying degrees.This paper explored the process of diagnosis and treatment for living kidney transplantation with ABO blood type mismatch in one case,and combined the characteristics and specific circumstances of this case to provide refined nursing for the patient.
