摘　　要：制定一部逻辑严密、结构合理、内容丰富、体系完善的环境法典,是推进依法治国、提高我国环境治理能力的必然要求,是加快生态文明建设的必由之路。环境法典的编纂应以习近平生态文明思想为指导、以可持续发展理念为价值取向、以“适度法典化”为编纂模式、以“总—分”结构为框架,为解决环境问题提供方案,推进生态文明建设。To formulate an environmental code with strict logic,reasonable structure,rich content and perfect system is not only an inevitable requirement for promoting the rule of law and improving China's environmental governance ability,but also the only way to practice and implement the idea of ecological civilization and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization.The compilation of environmental code should take Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization as the guidance,the implementation of sustainable development concept as the value orientation,"moderate codification"as the compilation mode,and the"general-specific"structure as the framework,so as to provide solutions for environmental problems and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
