系统性红斑狼疮产妇剖宫产术后子宫动脉假性动脉瘤晚期产后大出血一例

摘　　要：一例系统性红斑狼疮产妇,剖宫产术后10 d出现切口感染并因子宫动脉假性动脉瘤形成破裂后晚期产后大出血。经保守治疗无效,予以子宫动脉栓塞后取得较好止血效果。本病例警示临床医师对于系统性红斑狼疮产妇需要重点关注,晚期产后大出血患者需要考虑子宫动脉假性动脉瘤形成可能,并且积极评估大出血风险,积极行子宫动脉栓塞术止血。A woman with systemic lupus erythematosus developed an incision infection 10 days after cesarean section and suffered late postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine artery pseudoaneurysm rupture.After conservative treatment,uterine artery embolization was performed and reached a good hemostatic effect.This case warns clinicians to pay close attention to maternal women with systemic lupus erythematosus.Clinicians should consider the possibility of uterine artery pseudoaneurysm formation for patients with late postpartum hemorrhage,actively evaluate the risk of massive bleeding,and perform uterine artery embolization to stop bleeding.
