达格列净与阿卡波糖在2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿采取达格列净与阿卡波糖的临床效果,以便为日后临床提供参考。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月恩平市人民医院收治的76例2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例,对照组接受阿波卡糖,观察组接受达格列净,对比两组患者血糖水平、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后血糖水平、肾功能指标及不良反应各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿患者应用达格列净相较于阿卡波糖,可有效改善血糖指标,保护肾功能,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of taking dapagliflozin and acarbose in type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with proteinuria,so as to provide reference for future clinical.Methods A total of 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with proteinuria admitted to Enping People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to ran-dom number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received apocarose and the observation group received daglizin.The blood glucose level,renal function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose level,renal function indexes and adverse reaction indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with proteinuria,the application of dapagliflozin can effectively improve blood glucose indexes and protect renal function compared with acarbose,with higher safety.
