社区健康教育在老年糖尿病护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究社区健康教育应用在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值分析。方法选取2021年11月—2022年12月安丘市人民医院接诊的老年糖尿病患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(35例,接受社区健康教育)和对照组(35例,接受常规护理干预)。针对两组护理前后血糖、焦虑抑郁评分、对疾病基础知识的掌握程度、护理满意度情况展开比较。结果护理后,观察组血糖水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对疾病基础知识的掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将社区健康教育运用到老年糖尿病患者的临床护理中,能够有效提高老年糖尿病患者的护理水平,对于身体健康和护理满意度的提高有着积极作用。Objective To explore the application value analysis of community health education application in the care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 elderly diabetic patients admitted to Anqiu People's Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(35 cases,receiving community health education)and control group(35 cases,receiving routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.Blood sugar,anxiety and depression scores,degree of knowledge of disease and nurs-ing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of knowledge of disease in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community health education to the clinical nursing of elderly diabetic patients can effectively improve the nursing level of elderly diabetic patients,and has a positive effect on the improvement of physical health and nursing satisfaction.
