摘　　要：目的评估动态血糖监测应用在老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者教育中的效果及对行为改变的影响。方法选取2022年9月—2023年5月东海县人民医院的76例老年T2DM患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组提供常规健康教育,观察组结合动态血糖监测结果展开个体化健康教育,对比两组患者血糖参数、糖尿病自我管理活动问卷(Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities Measure,SDSCA)评分。结果干预后,观察组血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组SDSCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年T2DM患者实施动态血糖监测,可以促进自我管理行为改变,降低血糖,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of ambulatory blood glucose monitoring application in the education of el-derly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its impact on behavioral change.Methods 76 elderly T2DM patients from Donghai County People's Hospital from September 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly di-vided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group provided rou-tine health education,while the observation group carried out individualized health education based on the results of dynamic blood glucose monitoring,Compared the blood glucose parameters and the scores of the Summary of diabetes Self-care Activities Measure(SDSCA)between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood glucose indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDSCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ambulatory blood glucose monitoring for elderly T2DM patients can promote self-management behavioral changes and reduce blood glucose,which is worth promoting.
