研究α-硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的效果

摘　　要：目的分析在老年糖尿病性周围神经病治疗中采用α-硫辛酸注射液的价值。方法选取2021年4月—2023年3月海安市中医院诊治的老年糖尿病性周围神经病患者64例,采用抽签法分为两组,对照组32例患者给予常规治疗,治疗组32例患者加用α-硫辛酸注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、神经传导速度、胰岛功能、不良反应。结果对照组治疗有效率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组神经传导速度、胰岛功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病性周围神经病治疗中应用α-硫辛酸注射液治疗,不但能够提高治疗效果和安全性,还有助于提升神经传导速度,提高胰岛功能,值得广泛应用。Objective To analyze the value of usingα-lipoic acid injection in the treatment of geriatric diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed and treated in Haian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided by lottery method.32 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 32 patients in the treatment group were givenα-lipoic acid injection.The therapeutic effect,nerve conduction velocity,islet function and adverse reac-tions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treat-ment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,nerve conduction velocity and islet function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was higher than that in treatment group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application ofα-lipoic acid injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the elderly can not only improve the therapeutic effect and safety,but also help to enhance the nerve conduction velocity and improve the pancreatic islet function,which is worthy of wide application.
