普瑞巴林联合三维B片在治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究普瑞巴林联合三维B片在治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月揭西县中医医院收治的60例糖尿病周围神经痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(二甲双胍+普瑞巴林治疗)与研究组(二甲双胍+普瑞巴林+三维B片治疗),各30例,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者评分均下降,且研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病周围神经痛疾病中联合应用普瑞巴林与三维B片治疗可缓解患者疼痛感,提升治疗治疗,安全有效。Objective To investigate the application value of pregabalin combined with three-dimensional B tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuralgia.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuralgia admitted to Jiexi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into control group(metformin+pregabalin treatment)and study group(metformin+pregaba-lin+three-dimensional B tablet treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Af-ter treatment,scores of both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In diabetic peripheral neuralgia disease,the joint application of pregabalin and three-dimensional B tablets treatment can alleviate patients'pain,enhance the therapeutic treat-ment,safe and effective.
