摘  要:目的探讨微生态制剂对肺结核强化治疗患者肝功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月茂名市慢性病防治中心收治的肺结核强化治疗患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分组,将90例患者分为对照组、低剂量益生菌治疗组(低剂量组)、高剂量益生菌治疗组(高剂量组),每组30例。所有患者均接受强化期治疗方案,低剂量益生菌补充组:每日L.casei发酵乳1瓶/d,高剂量益生菌补充组:L.casei发酵乳2瓶/d;对照组:无活性L.casei补充。对比3组患者的肝功能指标、肠道通透性以及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,高剂量组肝功能指标异常升高率为10.00%,低于低剂量组的16.67%、对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.938,P<0.05)。治疗后,高剂量组肠道通透性低于低剂量组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,高剂量组炎症因子水平低于低剂量组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核强化治疗患者采用微生态制剂补充治疗,能够有效的改善患者的肠道通透性,改善肝功能,降低炎症因子水平,与低剂量益生菌治疗相比,高剂量治疗效果更为显著。Objective To explore the effect of microecological preparations on liver function in patients undergoing in-tensive treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 90 patients with intensive treatment for tuberculosis admitted to Maoming Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Center from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as study subjects.Using the random number table method,90 patients were randomly divided into a control group,a low-dose probiotic treatment group(low-dose group),and a high-dose probiotic treatment group(high-dose group),with 30 cases in each group.All patients received the intensive phase treatment plan,and the low-dose probiotic supple-ment group:L.casei fermented milk,1 bottle/d.High-dose probiotic supplement group:L.casei fermented milk,2 bottles/d.Control group:Inactive L.casei supplementation.The liver function indicators,intestinal permeability and inflammatory factor levels of the three groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the abnormal in-crease rate of liver function indicators in the high-dose group was 10.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the low-dose group and 36.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.938,P<0.05).After treat-ment,the intestinal permeability of the high-dose group was lower than that of the low-dose group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the high-dose group were lower than those in the low-dose group and the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The supplementation of microecological preparations in patients undergoing in-tensive treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the intestinal permeability,improve liver func-tion,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Compared with low-dose probiotic treatment,high-dose treatment has a more significant effect.
