黄芪建中汤加减辅助治疗脾胃虚寒性胃溃疡的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨对脾胃虚寒性胃溃疡患者采取黄芪建中汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月单县中心医院收治的90例脾胃虚寒性胃溃疡患者,采用随机数表法分成两组,对照组(n=45)采用西医治疗,研究组(n=45)在西医治疗的基础上采用黄芪建中汤加减治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、中医症候积分、炎性因子水平、并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率(95.56%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05);研究组中医症候积分包括胃部隐痛、得食痛减、泛吐清水、食后脘闷均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒性胃溃疡患者采用黄芪建中汤加减治疗可消除其炎性反应,缓解胃溃疡相关症状,促使病情好转,且安全性较高,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer patients with spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods 90 gastric ulcer patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold admit-ted to Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups,the control group(n=45)was treated with western medicine and the re-search group(n=45)was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The treatment ef-ficiency,TCM symptom scores,inflammatory factor level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the research group was 95.56%,which was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the re-search group including dull stomach pain,less pain during eating,general vomiting of water,and epigastric tightness after eating were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of com-plications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can eliminate the inflammatory reaction,relieve symp-toms related to gastric ulcer,and promote improvement of the condition in patients with gastric ulcer caused by spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness.It is also safer and more effective.
