度洛西汀治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状行度洛西汀治疗的效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月菏泽市牡丹区精神病医院收治的68例糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状患者为研究对象,根据双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组施行帕罗西汀治疗,观察组施行度洛西汀治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组焦虑评分量表评分(38.79±6.15)分、抑郁评分量表评分(37.89±5.71)分,低于对照组的(42.65±4.44)分、(45.69±6.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.967、5.438,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经生长因子、血清脑源性神经生长因子、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平高于对照组,血清皮质醇水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症采用度洛西汀治疗效果显著。Objective To study the effect of duloxetine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus accompanied by depres-sion and anxiety symptoms.Methods 68 patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by depression and anxiety symp-toms admitted to Heze Mudan District Psychiatric Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selectd as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine and the observation group was treated with duloxetine,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The Self-rating Anxiety Scale score(38.79±6.15)points and Self-rating Depression Scale score(37.89±5.71)points of the observation group were lower than(42.65±4.44)points and(45.69±6.11)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.967,5.438,P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,nerve growth factor,serum brain-derived nerve growth factor,5-hydroxytryptamine,norepinephrine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and serum cortisol was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus accompanied by depres-sion and anxiety using duloxetine treatment effect is significant.
