芒硝外敷联合厚朴排气合剂在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨芒硝外敷联合厚朴排气合剂在急性胰腺炎(AP)治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月本院收治的AP患者90例的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组47例采用常规西医治疗,观察组43例加用芒硝外敷联合厚朴排气合剂治疗,均连续治疗7天。对比两组临床疗效、症状恢复情况、住院时间、实验室指标和不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,肠鸣音恢复、排气与排便恢复、血淀粉酶复常及住院时间短于对照组,治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞、白细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组未见明显不良反应。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上联合芒硝外敷联合厚朴排气合剂AP患者效果较佳,对减轻炎症反应、促进胃肠功能具有积极的作用,利于缩短患者康复进程,效果显著,安全性好,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of external application of mirabilite combined with Houpu exhaust mixture in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 AP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.47 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while 43 cases in the observation group were treated with external application of mirabilite combined with Houpu exhaust mixture for 7 consecutive days.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom recovery,hospital stay,laboratory indicators,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recovery of bowel sounds,exhaust and defecation,blood amylase normalization,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),neutrophils,and white blood cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the combination of mirabilite external application and Houpu exhaust mixture has a better effect on patients with AP.It has a positive effect on reducing inflammatory reactions and promoting gastrointestinal function,which is beneficial for shortening the patient’s rehabilitation process.The effect is significant,the safety is good,and it is worth promoting.
