摘  要:高比例分布式光伏接入配电网使系统的正常和故障电流以及特征的线性化发生显著改变,传统保护难以适应。从实施角度,基于本地信息的保护依然是兼具经济性和实用性的保护实现方式。文中阐述并量化分析了光伏接入对配电网阶段式过流保护的影响,并提出了适应于光伏助增作用的I段保护复合判据,以及可克服光伏汲出作用的保护配合策略。进一步分析了其有效边界对光伏接入约束的要求。在此基础上,提出了多级保护配置及与自动装置的配合方案,以较小的改造代价实现了对高比例光伏不同接入和运行工况的广泛适应性。仿真结果验证了所提保护技术对光伏接入的适应性,同时也验证了光伏接入对保护方案的影响边界。The high proportion of distributed photovoltaics(PVs)integrated into distribution systems causes significant changes in the normal and fault currents of the system,as well as the linearity features,so the traditional protection is no longer suitable.From the implementation perspective,local information based protection is still the preferred economical and practical protection implementation way.In this paper,the effects of PVs on the traditional segmented overcurrent protection in distribution systems are described and quantitatively analyzed,and a composite criterion for the segment-I protection adapted to the augmented effects of PVs and the protection coordination strategy to overcome the external suction effects of PVs are proposed.Furthermore,the influence boundary requirements for integration constraints of PVs are analyzed.On this basis,the configuration scheme of multi-segment protections and coordination scheme with automatic devices is proposed,and a wide range of adaptability to different integration and operating conditions of a high proportion of PVs at minimal modification costs is realized.Simulation results verify the adaptability of the proposed technology and the influence boundary of PV integration on the protection scheme.
