摘 要:受逆变器控制策略影响,逆变型新能源场站短路电流呈现幅值受限和相位受控特性。新能源场站送出线路及其下级线路发生两相短路故障时,送出线路逆变侧距离保护存在拒动和误动风险。文中提出适用于逆变电源的负序阻抗重构策略,使新能源场站在两相短路故障期间能够表现出恒定的负序阻抗角。在负序阻抗重构策略的配合下,附加阻抗角能够通过本地测量值准确求取,根据所求附加阻抗角自适应调整距离保护动作区域,提出负序阻抗重构距离保护方案。所提保护方案能够有效避免逆变侧距离保护在区内外非金属性两相短路故障下的拒动和误动,适应不同的新能源场站无功支撑策略。测试结果表明所提保护方案可以准确识别区内外非金属性两相短路故障。Affected by the control strategy,inverter-interfaced renewable power plants(IIRPPs)present the characteristics of limited short-circuit current amplitude and controlled phase.There are risks of malfunction of IIRPP-side distance protection during phase-to-phase faults.In this paper,a negative-sequence impedance reconstruction strategy suitable for inverter-based source is proposed,so that IIRPP can present a constant negative sequence impedance angle during phase-to-phase faults.With the cooperation of the negative sequence impedance reconstruction strategy,the additional impedance angle can be obtained by local measurements.The trip region is adjusted according to the additional impedance angle,and a distance protection scheme based on negative sequence impedance reconstruction is proposed.The proposed protection scheme can effectively avoid the malfunction of IIRPP-side distance protection during non-metallic phase-to-phase faults,and can adapt to different reactive power support strategies.The test results show that the proposed protection scheme can accurately identify external and internal non-metallic phase-to-phase faults.
