摘 要:为了提升中国省间优发优购电量时段化分解结果的可执行性,进一步发挥省间中长期交易在促进发电资源跨省区优化配置方面的作用,文中提出了集中优化方式下考虑发、用、输电侧多维度影响因素的省间优发优购电量分解方法。该方法考虑了不同时间尺度的发用电特性以及特高压通道的输电能力,所得结果可执行度高,能够在实现合约电量最大化成交的前提下降低整体用电成本,并反映发用电特性。最后,以中国实际交易为例开展算例分析,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。To improve the executability of the hourly-period decomposition results of inter-provincial priority selling and purchasing power quantities in China,and further enable the inter-provincial medium-and long-term transactions to be effective in promoting the optimal allocation of trans-provincial power generation resources,a decomposition method for inter-provincial priority selling and purchasing power quantities is proposed in this paper,which considers the multi-dimensional influencing factors of generation,consumption,and transmission sides in centralized optimization mode.In this method,the power generation and consumption characteristics with different time scales,as well as the transmission capacity of ultra-high voltage channels are considered.The obtained results have high executability.The overall electricity purchasing costs can be reduced on the premise of achieving the maximum power quantities of transaction contracts,and the power generation and consumption characteristics are reflected.Finally,the actual transactions in China are adopted as examples for case studies to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
