乡村振兴背景下城市周边游发展路径研究——基于游客感知IPA模型分析

摘　　要：在乡村振兴及疫情常态化背景下,城市周边旅游消费需求日益增加,研究城市周边游形象感知对提升旅游质量、促进城乡融合发展有着重要意义。文章以城市周边游游客感知的网络游记为基础,采用IPA模型与网络文本分析相结合的方法,选用18个指标研究城市周边游发展中存在的问题和发展路径,结果表明城市周边景区内外交通不够合理,综合管理与治安状况有待提升,公共服务设施有待完善,节假日期间游玩成本及拥挤感知环境差等问题仍需要进一步优化。应通过持续打造地方特色、带动周边产品开发、科学规划公共硬件建设、提升管理治安水平、促进城乡产业融合发展等主要路径,带动乡村旅游可持续发展。In the context of rural revitalization and the normalization of the epidemic,the demand for periurban tourism consumption is increasing and the study of the image perception of peri-urban tourism is of great significance to improve tourism quality and promote urban-rural integration.Based on the network travelogues of tourists'perception of peripheral city tours,this paper adopts the IPA analysis and network text analysis,and selects 18 indicators to study the problems and development paths of peripheral city tours.The results show:(1)the traffic inside and outside the scenic spots around cities is not convenient;(2)the comprehensive management and public security conditions need to be improved;(3)the public service facilities need to be perfected;(4)problems such as the high entertainment cost during holidays and the perceived congestion still need to be further solved.The sustainable development of rural tourism should be driven by the main approaches of continuously building local characteristics,developing peripheral products,scientifically planning the construction of public facilities,improving management and public security,and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural industries.
