农村电商发展对城乡居民收入差距的影响

摘　　要：依据2013—2019年全国省级面板数据和阿里研究院淘宝村数据,采用OLS回归模型和中介效应模型,实证分析农村电商发展对城乡居民收入差距的影响作用,以及农村产业结构和农民收入结构在其路径关系中的中介效应。结果表明,农村电商发展显著缩小了城乡居民收入差距,但存在显著区域异质性,即农村电商发展对缩小东、中部地区城乡居民收入差距的作用显著强于西部地区;且农村产业结构与农民收入结构在这一过程中发挥中介作用。对此,各级政府应因地制宜提升农村电商发展水平,激发农村电商赋能带动作用,促进农村产业整体升级和农民收入结构优化,让农村电商及其带动创造的利润更多留在农村、留给农民,助力城乡居民收入差距缩小和城乡共同富裕。Based on China's provincial panel data and information on Taobao Villages of AliResearch from 2013 to 2019,this paper uses OLS model and mediation modeling to empirically analyse the impact of rural ecommerce development on the income gap between urban and rural residents,as well as the mediation of rural industry structure and the structure of rural household sources of income in the ways of achieving such an impact.The results show that rural e-commerce development significantly reduces the income gap between urban and rural residents,but there is great regional heterogeneity,that is,apparently rural e-commerce development plays a bigger role in reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents in eastern and central regions than in western ones;and that rural industry structure and the structure of rural household sources of income play an intermediary role in this process.In this regard,governments at all levels should improve rural e-commerce development according to local conditions,stimulate the empowerment role of rural e-commerce,promote the overall upgrading of the rural industry and optimize the structure of rural household sources of income.In this way,rural e-commerce and profits generated by it can stay in the countryside and in the hands of rural residents,thus narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents and achieving common prosperity of urban and rural areas.
