摘 要:实现“双碳”目标是解决资源环境突出问题、推动我国经济高质量发展的必然要求。基于2013-2020年30个省份的面板数据,通过构建PVAR模型研究数字经济、产业结构升级与碳排放之间的动态关系,并对全国、发达地区和欠发达地区进行比较分析。研究结果表明:数字经济和产业结构升级具有相互促进作用,但欠发达地区产业结构不合理导致产业结构升级对数字经济的推动力不足;产业结构升级与碳排放之间存在长期的协调关系,产业结构升级有够有效减少碳排放;数字经济与碳排放之间的关系存在区域异质性,在发达地区数字经济对碳排放存在短期的正向作用,而在欠发达地区整体表现为负向作用。The current"dual carbon"goal is an inevitable requirement to solve prominent resource and environmental problems and promote high-quality development of China's economy.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2013 to 2020,this paper constructed a PVAR model to study the dynamic relationship between the digital economy,industrial structure upgrading,and carbon emissions,and a comparative analysis is conducted for the whole country,as well as for developed and underdeveloped regions.The research findings indicate:(1)digital economy and industrial structure upgrading have a mutually reinforcing effect,but the unreasonable industrial structure in underdeveloped areas hiders the driving force of industrial structure upgrading on digital economy;(2)there is a long-term coordination relationship between industrial structure upgrading and carbon emissions,and industrial structure upgrading can effectively reduce carbon emssions;(3)there is regional heterogeneity in the relationship between digital economy and carbon emissions,with a short-term positive effect of digital economy on carbon emissions in developed regions,and an overall negative effect in underdeveloped regions.
