摘　　要：链式静止无功发生器SVG每一相上的功率单元相互串联,功率单元结构尺寸和电气参数完全相同。功率单元内部主要由单元驱动板、IGBT模块、散热器、薄膜电容器、电阻器和母排等元器件组成。功率单元发生故障后,将会导致SVG整机故障停机。本文对SVG功率单元故障进行分析并提出故障处理的方法。The power units on each phase of the chain type static var generator SVG are connected in series with each other,and the structural dimensions and electrical parameters of the power units are completely the same.The power unit is mainly composed of components such as unit driver board,IGBT module,heat sink,thin film capacitor,resistor,and busbar.After the power unit malfunctions,it will cause the SvG machine to malfunction and shut down.This article analyzes the faults of svG power unit and proposes methods for fault handling.
