摘　　要：测试适配器是连接ATS自动测试系统和被测直插式排阻的装置,是实现直插式排阻测试的必要工具,其适配性、精准性、操作性直接影响到测试的准确性和效率。本文基于常见直插式排阻,旨在设计出一种适用性广、结构简单、操作方便的插针式通用测试适配器,解决工程应用中直插式排阻不便于测试的问题。The test adapter is a device that connects the ATS automatic test system and the in-line resistor network test under test.It is a necessary tool to realize the in-line resistor network test.lts adaptability,accuray and operability directly affect the accuracy and efficiency of the test.Based on the common in-line resistor network,this paper aims to design a pin type universal test adapter with wide applicability,simple structure and convenient operation,so as to solve the problem that in-line resistor network is not easy to test in engineering applications.
