摘　　要：弯曲杆菌是一种常见的食源性人兽共患病原菌,可引起人类肠道疾病和相关并发症,并且因抗生素的滥用导致其耐药性增加。家禽作为弯曲杆菌的储存库和人类弯曲杆菌病的感染源是防控的重点。噬菌体具有感染和裂解细菌的作用,已成为治疗多重耐药细菌的新型抗菌剂。文章通过综述弯曲杆菌噬菌体的分离鉴定及其在家禽生产中的应用,探讨噬菌体治疗面临的问题,并展望了未来噬菌体治疗的方案。Campylobacter is a common food borne zoonosis pathogen,which can cause human intestinal diseases and related complications,and its drug resistance increases due to the abuse of antibiotics.Poultry as the repository of Campylobacter and the source of human Campylobacter infection is the focus of prevention and control.Phage has the function of infecting and splitting bacteria,and becomes a new antibacterial agent for the treatment of multi drug resistant bacteria.This paper reviewed the applica-tion of Campylobacter bacteriophage in poultry production,discussed the problems faced by bacteriophage therapy,and looked forward to the future bacteriophage therapy program.
