摘　　要：禽传染性支气管炎(Infectious bronchitis,IB)是由禽传染性支气管炎病毒(Infec-tiousbronchitisvirus,IBV)引起的雏鸡和成年鸡呼吸系统以及泌尿生殖道组织损伤和病变的急性、高度接触性疾病。虽然临床上广泛使用疫苗免疫防控该病,但由于IBV基因组存在频繁的变异和重组,导致新基因型和血清型不断出现,从而造成我国鸡IB未能得到有效控制。文章详细介绍了基于IBVS1基因系统发育学建立的分型方法以及我国流行的IBV4个基因型、18个分支的来源、传播和流行现状,为IB防控和疫苗研发提供参考。Avian infectious bronchitis(IB)is an acute,highly contagious disease caused by avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),which mainly causes pathologic changes and tissue damage of respiratory system and urogenital tract in chicken and adult chicken.New serotypes and new genotypes of IBV appeared continuously because the genome of IBV showed extensive variability and recombination.Although vaccines were widely used in clinic to prevent and control the disease,new serotypes or genotypes still led to the failure of vaccination frequently.In this study,the genotyping method based on the phylogenetic analysis of S1 gene sequence was introduced in detail.Meanwhile the origin,transmission and prevalence of 4 genotypes and 18 clades in IBV were summarized in China in order to provide reference for the control and vaccine development of IB.
