摘  要:有机微量元素是指去除微量元素无机盐中的残留物质后再与有机物或氨基酸进行螯合形成的化合物,具有提高免疫力、改善肠道健康、抗氧化等生物学功能。有机微量元素在同等或更高水平改善蛋壳品质和超微结构方面优于无机微量元素,同时可减少动物粪便中矿物质的排放,有利于可持续发展,在优质蛋鸡生产中具有良好的应用前景。文章综述了几种有机微量元素对产蛋后期蛋壳质量影响及作用机制,以期为后续相关研究和蛋鸡生产提供一定的参考。Organic trace elements are compounds formed by chelating with organic matter or amino acids after removing the residual substances in trace element inorganic salts,which have biological functions such as improving immunity,improving intes-tinal health,anti-oxidation and so on.Organic trace elements are superior to inorganic trace elements in improving eggshell quali-ty and ultrastructure at the same or higher level.At the same time,it can reduce the discharge of minerals in animal feces,which is beneficial to sustainable development.It has a good application prospect in the production of high-quality laying hens.This pa-per focused on the effects and mechanism of several organic trace elements on eggshell quality in the later laying period,in order to provide some reference for follow-up research and laying hen production.
