摘　　要：对比不同厂家生产的新工艺超耐磨炭黑N134对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,不同厂家生产的N134炭黑,由于化学指标的不同,在等量代替使用时,硫化胶的硬度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度、磨耗性能均有差异。对配方硫化体系进行调整优化后,使用不同厂家N134炭黑生产的胶料,各项物理性能接近,可改善胶料配方在实际应用时的磨耗。The effects of new process supper abrasion furnace black N134 produced by different manufacturers on the properties of compound was compared.The results showed that the hardness,modulus at 300%,tear strength and wear properties of vulcanizate were different when the same a-mount of N134 carbon black produced by different manufacturers was used,due to different chemical indicators.After adjusting and optimizing the vulcanization system of the formula,the rubber com-pounds produced by N134 carbon black from different manufacturers has similar physical properties,which can improve the wear of the rubber formula in practical applications.
