摘  要:研究了6种炭黑(包括N550在内)及增塑剂RS735的用量对挤出性能的影响;同时研究了应力松弛、tanδ、弹性模量G′和损耗模量G″4个参数与挤出特性的相关性。结果表明,炭黑N550和MC521填充ACM橡胶时,胶料的挤出膨胀率最小,挤出工艺最佳;胶料的含胶率越高,挤出膨胀率越大,挤出性能越差;增塑剂用量增加,挤出压力降低,挤出膨胀率降低,挤出表面更光滑;用tanδ来评估胶料的挤出性能,tanδ越大,挤出工艺越稳定。The effects of six different carbon blacks amounts of N550 and plasticizer RS735 on the extrusion performance were studied.The correlation between stress relaxation,tan8,elastic modulus(G')and loss modulus(G'),and extrusion process were also studied.The results showed that when carbon black N550 and MC521 filling ACM rubber,the extrusion expansion rate of compound was the smallest,and the extrusion process was the best;The higher the rubber content of the material,the greater the extrusion expansion rate,the worse the extrusion performance;With the increase of plas-ticizer dosage,the extrusion pressure decreased,the extrusion expansion rate decreased,and the ex-trusion surface became smoother.The extrusion performance of the compound was evaluated by tan8,the larger tanδ,the more stable the extrusion process.
