摘　　要：目的:构建固定资产智能盘点管理系统,实现医院固定资产快速识别、定位、核准、监管,保障医院盘点工作高效精准。方法:利用射频识别(RFID)技术生成与每件资产匹配的唯一电子标签码,并构建基于微信企业号的移动盘点操作终端,实现实物盘点和房屋资产的智能感应,结合国有资产管理平台实现固定资产盘点全覆盖闭环管理。结果:通过固定资产智能盘点管理系统,完成区域内大量固定资产清查盘点、资产转移、实时跟踪,实现固定资产追溯与动态监管智能化,助力医院资产管理水平提升。结论:该系统可实现国有资产全生命周期动态管理,为将来的资产5G物联网应用提供数据支撑,使实物管理更精准、更便捷、更高效。Objective To build an intelligent inventory management system for fixed assets,which realizes rapid identification,positioning,approval and supervision of hospital fixed assets,and ensures efficient and accurate inventory work in hospitals.Methods RFID technology was used to generate a unique electronic tag code matching each asset,and a mobile inventory operation terminal based on Wechat enterprise account was built to realize the intelligent sensing of physical inventory and housing assets,and the full-coverage closed-loop management of fixed asset inventory was realized based on the state-owned asset management platform.Results Through the intelligent inventory management system of fixed assets,the inventory counting,asset transfer,and real-time tracking of the large number of fixed assets in the region were completed,so as to realize the intelligent tracing and dynamic supervision of fixed assets,which helped to improve the level of hospital asset management.Conclusion The system can realize the dynamic management of the whole life cycle of state-owned assets,provide data support for the future asset 5G IoT application,and make the physical management more accurate,convenient,and efficient.
