摘　　要：目的:设计并应用输血管理系统,规范临床用血诊疗行为,保障患者用血安全。方法:参照国家临床用血相关规范,结合医院实际情况,在临床用血基础大闭环的基础上着重建立相关子闭环,完善了基于复合闭环的输血管理系统。结果:通过设计和完善基于复合闭环的输血管理系统,创建出基于复合型闭环的临床用血管理模式,实现了临床用血过程的全闭环管理,显著提升临床合理用血能力。结论:基于复合闭环的输血管理系统的应用,实现输血全过程信息化管理,有效确保了临床用血全过程各环节的连贯性与规范性、血袋的可追溯。Objective To design and apply a blood transfusion management system which help to standardize the blood use-related clinical treatment diagnosis behaviors and ensure the safety of patients'blood use.Methods In accordance with the national standard related to clinical blood use and the actual situation of the hospital,the blood transfusion management system based on the composite closed-loop was improved by focusing on the establishment of relevant sub-closed-loop on the basis of the basic closed-loop of clinical blood use.Results Through the design and improvement of the blood transfusion management system based on the compound closed-loop,a clinical blood management model based on the compound closed-loop was created,which realized the full closed-loop management of clinical blood use and significantly improved the ability of rational clinical blood use.Conclusion The application of blood transfusion management system based on compound closed-loop can realize the information management throughout the whole process of blood transfusion,effectively ensure the continuity and standardization of each stage in the whole process of clinical blood use,as well as the traceability of blood bags.In this process,the two-way integration of the clinic and the information is also realized.
