摘　　要：目的:构建《五十二病方》知识图谱,挖掘《五十二病方》中各病方内部用药规律并可视化展示,充分利用《五十二病方》的潜在价值。方法:采用人工标注方式抽取《五十二病方》中的实体、关系,利用Py2neo包导入Neo4j图数据库,构建知识图谱进行可视化展示,同时基于此图谱使用朴素贝叶斯算法实现意图分类,从而实现智能问答应用。结果:定义了病名、中药、治法等8类实体,病治关系、方药关系等11类关系,形成了877个节点以及3365条边的知识图谱,实现了具有逻辑推理功能的智能问答应用。结论:将知识图谱相关技术与《五十二病方》结合,进一步挖掘、分析利用《五十二病方》中的中医思维、用药规律,大大提升了《五十二病方》的研究价值,为中医古籍的发展提供新思路。Objective To construct the knowledge map of Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases,explore and visualize the internal medication rules of each disease prescription in Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases,so as to make full use of the potential value of Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases.Methods The entities and relationships in Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases were extracted by means of manual annotation,which were imported into the Neo4j diagram database by Py2neo package,to construct a knowledge graph for visual display.At the same time,a plain Bayesian algorithm was used to achieve intention classification based on this graph,so as to realize intelligent Q&A application.Results Eight types of entities such as"disease name","TCM"and"therapy",and 11 kinds of relationships such as"disease-treatment relationships"and"prescription-medication relationships"were defined,thus forming a knowledge graph with 877 nodes and 3,365 edges to realize an intelligent Q&A application with logical reasoning function.Conclusion By integrating the knowledge graph-related technologies with Prescriptions for Fiftytwo Diseases,further exploring,analyzing,and utilizing the TCM perceptions and medication rules in Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases,the research value of Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases was greatly improved,providing new ideas for the development of ancient TCM books.
