摘　　要：目的:为患者更及时、精准地匹配对应亚专业,开发结合人工智能的互联网智能分诊平台。方法:基于大数据和深度学习技术,依据疾病诊断分类和知识库,将患者与科室、医生实现精准匹配,实现智能化的分诊功能。结果:互联网智能分诊平台已经在某大型三甲医院运行,实现了患者的精准诊疗,极大地提升了诊疗效率和质量。结论:基于人工智能的互联网智能分诊平台作为一种新型的医院智能化、智慧化应用,不仅可显著提升互联网诊疗效率,提升医疗服务水平,同时提升了患者及医务人员的满意度,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To develop an AI-based Internet intelligent triage platform for patients to match corresponding subspecialties more timely and accurately.Methods Based on big data and deep learning technology,according to the diagnostic classification of diseases and knowledge base,patients were accurately matched with departments and doctors to realize intelligent triage function.Results The Internet intelligent triage platform has been operated in a large Grade-A tertiary hospital,which realized accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients,and greatly improved the efficiency and quality of diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion As a new type of hospital intelligent application,the AI-based Internet intelligent triage platform can not only significantly improve the efficiency of Internet diagnosis and treatment,improve medical services,but also improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff,which has a wide application prospects.
