摘 要:为研究长白山食用玫瑰抗寒性,本研究采用越冬适应性等级评价、低温胁迫后恢复生长试验和防寒越冬3种方法对其进行评价。结果表明,通过越冬适应性等级评价可得出,长白山食用玫瑰耐寒指数为0.27,在吉林通化地区可露地栽植,生长发育正常。在低温胁迫恢复生长试验中,长白山食用玫瑰的枝条萌发率在60%~98%之间,对比其他3个玫瑰品种表现最佳。通过防寒越冬测定方法可知,防寒处理对长白山食用玫瑰翌年新生枝条各生长量的影响并不显著。因此,3种方法所得试验结果相吻合。Three methods were used to evaluate the cold hardiness of Changbaishan edible roses,namely,overwintering suitability class evaluation,recovery growth test after low temperature stress,and cold overwintering assay.The results of statistical analysis showed that the overwintering suitability class evaluation showed that the cold hardiness index of Changbaishan edible roses was 0.27 and they could be planted in the open field with normal growth and development in Tonghua,Jilin.In the low-temperature stress recovery growth test,the branch sprouting rate of Changbaishan edible rose ranged from 60% to 98%,which was the best performance in comparison with the other three rose varieties.The effect of the cold-proof overwintering assay showed that the cold-proof treatment did not have a significant effect on the growth of each of the newbranches of Changbaishan edible roses the following year.Therefore,the test results obtained by the threemethods matched.
