摘　　要：灵芝是我国传统食药用真菌。现代药理学研究发现,灵芝有良好的保肝护肝作用,其活性成分可通过调节肝脏组织的氧化应激水平、抑制炎症反应、调节细胞凋亡和自噬等发挥保肝作用,对酒精性肝损伤、药物性肝损伤、化学试剂致肝损伤及缺血再灌注致肝损伤等均有预防和治疗作用。本文综述了灵芝保肝作用机制的研究进展,同时对灵芝及灵芝制品在几种肝损伤类型中的保护作用进行了归纳总结,为灵芝保肝护肝作用的研究提供参考。Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional medicinal fungus in China.Modern pharmacological studies have found that G.lucidum has good liver protection.Its active ingredients can exert hepatoprotective effects by regulating the level of oxidative stress in liver tissue,inhibiting inflammatory responses,regulating apoptosis and autophagy,etc.It has preventive and therapeutic effects on alcohol-induced liver injury,drug-induced liver injury,chemical reagent-induced liver injury,and ischemia-reperfusion-induced liver injury.This article reviews the liver-protective mechanism of G.lucidum,and summarizes the protective effects of G.lucidum and G.lucidum products in several types of liver injury,so as to a provide a reference for the research on the protective effect of G.lucidum on the liver.
