摘  要:针对有机磷农药废水的处理,本研究通过对牡蛎壳粉末(Oyster shell photocatalyst,OSP)进行TiO_(2)负载,制备出Zn/TiO_(2)-牡蛎壳光催化剂(Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP).在此基础之上,对光催化材料的形貌结构与光学性能进行表征,并探究其对有机磷农药废水的降解性能.结果表明,所制备的Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP材料检测出TiO_(2)的衍射峰,并在478 cm^(-1)处出现Ti—O的伸缩振动峰,同时EDS中也检测出Ti的信号,证明了TiO_(2)的成功负载.此外,对于初始浓度10 mg·L^(-1)的两种有机磷废水,Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP对敌敌畏的降解效率可达100%,对辛硫磷的降解率达到90.1%;光催化剂降解效果与光照时间、溶液初始浓度及催化剂用量等显著相关,具有较好的光催化活性,且多次回收再利用后仍保持良好的稳定性,降解中间产物对水生环境微生物的毒害效应也较小.另外,两种废水中均未检测出由有机磷降解而生成的磷酸盐,说明Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP在光催化降解有机磷的同时也能吸附水体中的磷酸盐.For the treatment of organic phosphorus wastewater,a Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP photocatalyst was prepared by TiO_(2) loading on the oyster shell powder.Then the morphological structure and the optical properties of the photocatalytic material were characterized and its degradation properties were investigated.The results showed that the material contained a diffraction peak of TiO_(2) and a stretching vibration peak of Ti—O at 478 cm^(-1),Additionally,the presence of Ti detected by EDS confirmed the successful loading of TiO_(2).When the initial concentration was 10 mg·L^(-1),the degradation efficiencies of Zn/TiO_(2)-OSP for dichlorvos and phoxim were 100%and 90.1%,respectively.The efficiency of photocatalyst degradation was significantly related to the illumination time,the initial concentration of the solution and the catalyst amount,highlighting its excellent photocatalytic activity.Moreover,the catalyst maintained its stability even after repeated recycling,and the toxic effects of degradation intermediates on aquatic microorganisms were minimal.In addition,no phosphate generated from the degradation of organic phosphorus was detected in the both wastewaters,indicating that Zn/TiO_(2)-Oyster shell could not only degrades organic phosphorus through photocatalysis but also adsorbs the phosphates in water.
